Leaves of Indian plum soaked overnight in water and taken in the morning on empty stomach for a couple of months helps you in your weight loss program. Eating a well-balanced nutritional diet is also useful as this contains the required amount of the essential vitamins, fiber, minerals for the proper digestion of food as well as burning up of the fats to not only digest the food eaten but also to regulate the proper functioning of the bowel movements.
