Method for purification of the blood

Fasting is a way to purify your blood. In this method firstly, you need to conserve your energy and fasting during the winter months should be avoided as the body needs the heat to withstand the cold climate which is generated when the digestion of food is in process. You should also be mentally prepared for the fast. Avoid participating in activities in which more energy is burnt up like sports etc. Follow a diet in which your diet includes plenty of raw vegetables, juices and green drinks as chlorophyll helps in the pre-cleansing process of the body prior to your fasting.

During your fasting period you need to increase the intake of water in the form of juices

dandelion, milk thistle, yellow dock root, licorice root, burdock root, yellow dock root. Drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water helps in the expelling of the toxic wastes from your body. Juices like lemon, beet, carrot and juices of leafy greens supply the body with chlorophyll which is essential part for the purification of the blood, it also helps build up the required nutrients, regulates and helps repair the damage of the cells due to radiation. Wheatgrass, alfalfa, wheatgrass juices are all rich sources of chlorophyll.

You need to fast for a couple of days or as directed by your doctor. You need to strictly avoid white flour, sugary substances and foods that are very hard to digest. You also need to avoid oils and fats for at least a couple of months after undertaking the fast.
